Chapter II. Self-Help.
Section 127.
  • A creditor is entitled, for the purpose of securing performance of an obligation, to take possession of property, or to compel a debtor to suffer an act which he is bound to suffer, provided that under the circumstances of the case it was not possible for the creditor to wait for an order of a Court or of the proper authority without running a risk that the enforcement of the obligation would be seriously impeded or endangered.
