DIVISION III. TRANSFER OF OBLIGATIONS.
TITLE I. General Provisions.
Section 200.
- The rights and liabilities arising out of an obligation may be transferred unless their nature does not admit of it, or unless their transfer be forbidden by law.

- An agreement that an obligation shall not be transferred can only be set up against such third persons as had knowledge of it.
