มาตรา 207
- เงื่อนไขใดถ้าไม่มีกำหนดเวลาประกอบให้บริบูรณ์ และมาปรากฏขึ้นแน่ชัดว่าไม่อาจจะประกอบให้บริบูรณ์ได้ไซร้ ท่านให้ถือว่าเงื่อนไขนั้นเป็นอันมิได้ประกอบให้บริบูรณ์
