- ประโยชน์แห่งอายุความนั้น หาอาจจะละเสียก่อนอายุความครบบริบูรณ์ได้ไม่ แต่เมื่อครบแล้ว จะละประโยชน์นั้นเสียในภายหลังก็ได้
