- การจัดควบคุมวัดวาอาราม ย่อมเป็นไปตามกฎหมายและข้อบังคับทั้งปวงที่ว่าด้วยการนั้น
- การจัดควบคุมห้างหุ้นส่วนที่จดทะเบียนก็ดี บริษัทจำกัดสินใช้ก็ดี และสมาคมก็ดี ย่อมบังคับตามกฎหมายและข้อบังคับว่าด้วยการนั้นๆ
