มาตรา 125
- ผู้ใดฟังคำเสนอแล้วนิ่งเสีย ย่อมไม่เป็นอันคำสนอง เว้นไว้แต่ตามจารีตประเพณี ฤๅความโดยประพฤติระหว่างคู่สัญญาจะถือว่าการนิ่งนั้นเป็นคำสนอง
