มาตรา 174

บุคคลซึ่งกล่าวต่อไปนี้ ไม่มีสิทธิจะได้คืนสินใช้ คือ
(๑) บุคคลผู้ชำระหนี้ซึ่งมีเงื่อนเวลา ก่อนถึงกำหนดเวลานั้น
(๒) บุคคลผู้ชำระหนี้ซึ่งสิ้นอายุความแล้ว
