  • เมื่อบุคคลได้ถือเอาแล้วซึ่งภูมิลำเนาแห่งใด แห่งนั้นคงเป็นภูมิลำเนาอยู่จนกว่าจะได้ถือเอาภูมิลำเนาใหม่
