มาตรา 354
  • ถ้าลูกหนี้ขอปฏิบัติการชำระหนี้ต้องตามมูลหนี้หรือตามกฎหมายไซร้ ท่านว่าเจ้าหนี้จำต้องรับชำระหนี้นั้น
