มาตรา 151
  • สัญญาใดมีวัตถุประสงค์ดังต่อไปนี้ คือ
    • (๑) เป็นอันพ้นวิสัยจะทำได้ก็ดี
    • (๒) ไม่ชอบด้วยกฎหมายก็ดี
    • (๓) ขัดต่อรัฐประศาสโนบาย ฤๅความปลอดภัยแห่งบุคคลฤๅทรัพย์สินก็ดี
    • ท่านว่าสัญญานั้นเป็นโมฆะ
