มาตรา 173
  • บุคคลใดได้ส่งสินใช้ดุจว่าเพื่อชำระหนี้ โดยรู้อยู่ว่าไม่มีหนี้ติดพันกันไซร้ ท่านว่าบุคคลนั้นมีสิทธิจะได้คืนสินใช้นั้น
