- เมื่อทำจำนอง ถ้าหนี้มีจำนวนเปนยุติ ต้องระบุจำนวนนั้นลงไว้เปนเรือนเงินสยามทุกรายไป

- In creating a mortgage a definite sum to be paid must be specified in Siamese currency in all cases. If the sum to be paid is not definite, the parties shall fix the maximum amount for which the mortgaged property is assigned as security.
