- การจำนำนั้นย่อมเปนประกันเพื่อการชำระหนี้ กับทั้งค่าอุปกรณ์ต่อไปนี้ด้วย คือ

- (๒) ค่าสินไหมทดแทนในการไม่ชำระหนี้
- (๓) ค่าฤชาธรรมเนียมในการบังคับจำนำ
- (๔) ค่าใช้จ่ายเพื่อรักษาทรัพย์สินซึ่งจำนำ
