- อันจำนำย่อมระงับสิ้นไป
- (๑) เมื่อหนี้ซึ่งจำนำเปนประกันอยู่นั้น ระงับสิ้นไปเพราะเหตุประการอื่น มิใช่เพราะอายุความ ฤๅ
- (๒) เมื่อผู้รับจำนำยอมให้ทรัพย์สินจำนำกลับคืนไปสู่ครอบครองของผู้จำนำ
