- ถ้าตัวแทนได้มอบอำนาจทั่วไป ท่านว่าจะทำกิจใด ๆ ในทางจัดการแทนตัวการ ก็ย่อมทำได้ทุกอย่าง
- แต่การเช่นอย่างจะกล่าวต่อไปนี้ ท่านว่าหาอาจจะทำได้ไม่ คือ
- (๑) ขายฤๅจำนองอสังหาริมทรัพย์
- (๒) ให้เช่าอสังหาริมทรัพย์กว่าสามปีขึ้นไป
