- ตัวแทนต้องทำการตามคำสั่งแสดงออกชัด ฤๅโดยปริยายของตัวการ เมื่อไม่มีคำสั่งเช่นนั้น ก็ต้องดำเนิรตามทางที่เคยทำกันมาในกิจการค้าขายอันเขาให้ตนทำอยู่นั้น
