มาตรา 935
- อันการรับรองนั้นย่อมมีได้สองสฐาน คือรับรองตลอดไป ฤๅรับรองเบี่ยงบ่าย
- การรับรองตลอดไป คือยอมตกลงโดยไม่แก้แย้งคำสั่งของผู้สั่งจ่ายแต่อย่างหนึ่งอย่างใดเลย
- ส่วนการรับรองเบี่ยงบ่ายนั้น กล่าวเปนเนื้อความทำผลแห่งตั๋วเงินให้แผกไปจากที่เขียนสั่งไว้
- กล่าวโดยเฉภาะก็คือว่า ถ้าคำรับรองมีเงื่อนไขก็ดี ฤๅรับรองแต่เพียงบางส่วนก็ดี ท่านว่าเปนรับรองเบี่ยงบ่าย
