มาตรา 1062
- การชำระบาญชี ให้ทำโดยลำดับดังนี้ คือ
- (๑) ให้ชำระหนี้ทั้งหลายซึ่งค้างชำระแก่บุคคลภายนอก
- (๒) ให้ชดใช้เงินทดรองและค่าใช้จ่ายซึ่งผู้เปนหุ้นส่วนได้ออกของตนไปเพื่อจัดการค้าของห้าง
- (๓) ให้คืนทุนทรัพย์ซึ่งผู้เปนหุ้นส่วนแต่ละคนได้ลงเปนหุ้น
- ถ้ายังมีทรัพย์เหลืออยู่อีกเท่าไร ก็ให้เฉลี่ยแจกเปนกำไรในระวางผู้เปนหุ้นส่วน
