- หนังสือบริคณห์สนธินั้น ท่านบังคับให้มีข้อความซึ่งกล่าวต่อไปนี้ คือ
- (๑) ชื่อบริษัทอันคิดจะตั้งขึ้น ซึ่งต้องมีคำว่า "จำกัด" ไว้ปลายชื่อนั้นด้วยเสมอไป
- (๒) ที่สำนักงารของบริษัทซึ่งบอกทะเบียนนั้นจะตั้งอยู่ ณ ที่ใดในพระราชอาณาเขต
