- เสนาบดีเจ้าน่าที่โดยลำพังตนเอง จะตั้งผู้ตรวจคนเดียวฤๅหลายคน ให้ไปตรวจการของบริษัทเพื่อทำรายงารยื่นต่อรัฐบาลก็ได้ การตั้งผู้ตรวจเช่นว่ามานี้จะพึงมีเมื่อใดสุดแล้วแต่เสนาบดีจะเห็นสมควร
Section 1219. (Final Draft of Dec. 1924 in English from Vol.88)
- The competent Minister may also, of his own motion, appoint inspectors to report to the Government on the affairs of the company. Such appointment lies entirely within the discretion of the Minister.
