มาตรา 920
- อันการสลักหลังย่อมโอนไปซึ่งบันดาสิทธิอันเกิดแต่ตั๋วแลกเงิน
- ถ้าสลักหลังลอย ผู้ทรงจะปฏิบัติดั่งกล่าวต่อไปนี้ประการหนึ่งประการใดก็ได้ คือ
- (๑) ตรอกความลงในที่ว่างด้วยเขียนชื่อของตนเอง ฤๅชื่อบุคคลอื่นผู้ใดผู้หนึ่ง
- (๒) สลักหลังตั๋วเงินต่อไปอีกเปนสลักหลังลอย ฤๅสลักหลังให้แก่บุคคลอื่นผู้ใดผู้หนึ่ง
- (๓) โอนตั๋วเงินนั้นให้ไปแก่บุคคลภายนอกโดยไม่ตรอกความลงในที่ว่าง และไม่สลักหลังอย่างหนึ่งอย่างใด
