- ตั๋วสัญญาใช้เงิน?ย่อมมีรายการดังจะกล่าวต่อไปนี้ คือ
- (๑) คำแถลงว่าเปน "ตั๋วสัญญาใช้เงิน"
- (๒) คำมั่นสัญญาอันปราศจากเงื่อนไขว่าจะใช้เงินเปนจำนวนแน่นอน
- (๓) วันตั๋วนั้นถึงกำหนดใช้เงิน
- (๔) สถานที่ใช้เงิน
- (๕) ชื่อฤๅยี่ห้อของผู้รับเงิน
