- บทบัญญัติว่าด้วยห้างหุ้นส่วนสามัญข้อใด ๆ หากมิได้ยกเว้นฤๅแก้ไขเปลี่ยนแปลงไปโดยบทบัญญัติแห่ง หมวด ๓ นี้ ท่านให้นำมาใช้บังคับแก่ห้างหุ้นส่วนจำกัดด้วย
- ถ้าผู้เปนหุ้นส่วนจำพวกไม่จำกัดความรับผิดนั้นมีอยู่หลายคนด้วยกัน ท่านให้ใช้บทบัญญัติสำหรับห้างหุ้นส่วนสามัญเปนวิธีบังคับในความเกี่ยวพันระวางคนเหล่านั้นเอง และความเกี่ยวพันระวางผู้เปนหุ้นส่วนเหล่านั้นกับห้างหุ้นส่วน
