- บทบัญญัติว่าด้วยห้างหุ้นส่วนสามัญข้อใด ๆ หากมิได้ยกเว้นฤๅแก้ไขเปลี่ยนแปลงไปโดยบทบัญญัติแห่ง หมวด ๓ นี้ ท่านให้นำมาใช้บังคับแก่ห้างหุ้นส่วนจำกัดด้วย
