- บุคคลทั้งหลายซึ่งเปนกรรมการของบริษัทจำกัด จะรับผิดโดยไม่จำกัดก็ได้ ถ้ากรณีเปนเช่นนั้นไซร้ ท่านว่าต้องจดแถลงความรับผิดเช่นนั้นลงไว้ในหนังสือบริคณห์สนธิด้วย

- [I] The liability of the directors of a limited company may be unlimited. In such case, a statement to that effect must be inserted in the memorandum.
