มาตรา 494
- ท่านห้ามมิให้ใช้สิทธิไถ่ทรัพย์สินซึ่งขายฝากเมื่อพ้นเวลาดั่งจะกล่าวต่อไปนี้
- (๑) ถ้าเปนอสังหาริมทรัพย์ กำหนดสิบปีนับแต่เวลาซื้อขาย
- (๒) ถ้าเปนสังหาริมทรัพย์ กำหนดปีหนึ่งนับแต่เวลาซื้อขาย
