- สิทธิในการไถ่ทรัพย์สิน จะพึงใช้ได้เฉภาะต่อบุคคลเหล่านี้ คือ
- (๑) ผู้ซื้อเดิม ฤๅทายาทของผู้ซื้อเดิม ฤๅ
