- อันอสังหาริมทรัพย์ ท่านห้ามมิให้เช่ากันกำหนดเวลาเกินกว่าสามสิบปี ถ้าได้สัญญากันไว้เปนกำหนดเวลานานกว่านั้น ท่านก็ให้ลดลงมาเปนสามสิบปี
