- ถ้าผู้ว่าจ้างเปนผู้จัดหาสัมภาระส่ง และการที่จ้างนั้นทำลายฤๅบุบสลายลงก่อนส่งมอบไซร้ ท่านว่าความวินาศนั้นตกเปนพับแก่ผู้ว่าจ้าง หากมิได้เปนเพราะผู้รับจ้างทำการอย่างหนึ่งอย่างใดเปนเหตุให้วินาศ

- [I] If the materials have been supplied by the employer, and the work is destroyed or damaged before due delivery, the employer must bear the loss provided that such loss is not caused by any act of the contractor.
