มาตรา 613
- ถ้าผู้ส่งเรียกเอาใบตราส่ง ผู้ขนส่งก็ต้องทำให้ใบตราส่งนั้นต้องแสดงรายการต่อไปนี้ คือ
- (๑) รายการดังกล่าวไว้ในมาตรา ๖๑๒ อนุมาตรา ๑, ๒ และ ๓
- (๒) ชื่อฤๅญี่ห้อของผู้ส่ง
- (๓) จำนวนค่ารวางพาหนะ
- (๔) ตำบลและวันที่ออกใบตราส่ง
- อนึ่งใบตราส่งนั้น ต้องลงลายมือชื่อผู้ขนส่งเปนสำคัญ
