- เมื่อตัวการมีประสงค์จะทราบความเปนไปของการที่ได้มอบหมายแก่ตัวแทนนั้นในเวลาใด ๆ ซึ่งสมควรแก่เหตุ ตัวแทนก็ต้องแจ้งให้ตัวการทราบ อนึ่งเมื่อการเป็นตัวแทนสิ้นสุดลงแล้ว ตัวแทนต้องแถลงบัญชีด้วย
