- อันการใช้เงินเพื่อแก้หน้า ย่อมมีได้ในบรรดากรณีซึ่งผู้ทรงมีสิทธิไล่เบี้ยเมื่อตั๋วเงินถึงกำหนดฤๅก่อนถึงกำหนด
