- การเลิกหุ้นส่วนฤๅบริษัทนั้น ผู้ชำระบาญชีต้องนำบอกให้จดทะเบียนภายในสิบสี่วันนับแต่วันที่เลิกกัน และในการนี้ต้องระบุชื่อผู้ชำระบาญชีทุก ๆ คนให้จดลงทะเบียนไว้ด้วย
