มาตรา 524
- ในการให้สิทธิชนิดที่เปนตราสารแก่กัน ถ้าไม่ส่งมอบตราสารอันนั้นให้แก่ผู้รับ และไม่บอกกล่าวให้ลูกหนี้แห่งสิทธินั้นทราบด้วยไสร้ ท่านว่าการให้ย่อมไม่สมบูรณ์
