- ใบรับของคลังสินค้าและประทวนสินค้าต้องมีเลขลำดับตรงกันกับเลขในต้นขั้ว และลงลายมือชื่อของนายคลังสินค้า
- อนึ่งใบรับของคลังสินค้าและประทวนสินค้านั้น ท่านให้มีรายลเอียดดั่งกล่าวต่อไปนี้ คือ
- (๑) ชื่อฤๅญี่ห้อ และสำนักของผู้ฝาก
- (๒) ที่ตั้งคลังสินค้า
- (๓) ค่าบำเหน็จสำหรับเก็บรักษา
- (๔) สภาพของสินค้าที่เก็บรักษา และน้ำหนักฤๅขนาดแห่งสินค้านั้น กับทั้งสภาพ จำนวน และเครื่องหมายหีบห่อ
- (๕) สถานที่และวันออกใบรับของคลังสินค้าและประทวนสินค้านั้น
- (๖) ถ้าได้กำหนดกันไว้ว่าให้เก็บสินค้าไว้ชั่วเวลาเท่าใดให้แจ้งกำหนดนั้นด้วย
