- การขีดคร่อมเช็คตามที่อนุญาตไว้ในมาตราก่อนนั้น ท่านว่าเปนส่วนสำคัญอันหนึ่งของเช็ค ใครจะลบล้างย่อมไม่เปนการชอบด้วยกฎหมาย
