มาตรา 1004
- เมื่ออายุความสะดุดหยุดลงเพราะการอันหนึ่งอันใดซึ่งกระทำแก่คู่สัญญาแห่งตั๋วเงินฝ่ายใดฝ่ายหนึ่ง ท่านว่าย่อมมีผลสะดุดหยุดลงเพียงแต่แก่คู่สัญญาฝ่ายนั้น
