มาตรา 531
- อันผู้ให้จะเรียกถอนคืนการให้เพราะเหตุผู้รับประพฤติเนรคุณนั้น ท่านว่าอาจจะเรียกได้แต่เพียงในกรณีดังจะกล่าวต่อไปนี้
- (๑) ถ้าผู้รับได้ประทุษร้ายต่อผู้ให้เปนความผิดฐานอาญาอย่างร้ายแรงตามประมวลกฎหมายลักษณอาญา ฤๅ
