มาตรา 710
- ทรัพย์สินหลายสิ่งมีเจ้าของคนเดียว ฤๅหลายคนจะจำนองเพื่อประกันการชำระหนี้แต่รายหนึ่งรายเดียว ท่านก็ให้ทำได้
- และในการนี้ คู่สัญญาจะตกลงกันดังต่อไปนี้ก็ได้ คือว่า
- (๑) ให้ผู้รับจำนองใช้สิทธิบังคับเอาแก่ทรัพย์สินซึ่งจำนองตามลำดับอันระบุ่ไว้
- (๒) ให้ถือเอาทรัพย์สินแต่ละสิ่งเปนประกันหนี้เฉภาะแต่ส่วนหนึ่งส่วนใดที่ระบุไว้
