- ถ้าเอกสารมีทั้งใบรับของคลังสินค้าและประทวนสินค้า ฤๅแต่อย่างหนึ่งอย่างใดสูญหายไป เมื่อผู้ทรงเอกสารนั้น ๆ ให้ประกันตามสมควรแล้ว จะให้นายคลังสินค้าออกให้ใหม่ก็ได้
