- เงินและทรัพย์สินอย่างอื่นบรรดาที่ตัวแทนได้รับไว้เกี่ยวด้วยการเปนตัวแทนนั้น ท่านว่าตัวแทนต้องส่งให้แก่ตัวการจงสิ้น
