- คำว่า "ผู้เอาประกันภัย" ท่านหมายความว่า คู่สัญญาฝ่ายซึ่งตกลงจะส่งเบี้ยประกันภัย
- คำว่า "ผู้รับประโยชน์" ท่านหมายความว่า บุคคลผู้จะพึงได้รับค่าสินไหมทดแทน ฤๅรับจำนวนเงินใช้ให้
