มาตรา 1077
- อันห้างหุ้นส่วนจำกัดนั้น คือ ห้างหุ้นส่วนประเภทหนึ่ง ซึ่งมีผู้เปนหุ้นส่วนสองจำพวก ดังจะกล่าวต่อไปนี้ คือ
