- อันหุ้นนั้น ท่านห้ามมิให้ออกโดยราคาต่ำไปกว่ามูลค่าของหุ้นที่ตั้งไว้
- การออกหุ้นโดยราคาสูงกว่ามูลค่าของหุ้นที่ตั้งไว้นั้น หากว่าหนังสือบริคณห์สนธิให้อำนาจไว้ ก็ให้ออกได้ และในกรณีเช่นนั้น ต้องส่งใช้จำนวนที่ล้ำมูลค่าพร้อมกันไปกับการส่งใช้เงินคราวแรก
