มาตรา 1127
- ให้บริษัททำใบหุ้น คือใบสำคัญสำหรับหุ้นใบหนึ่งฤๅหลายใบ มอบให้เปนคู่มือแก่ผู้ถือหุ้นจงทุก ๆ คน
- เมื่อมอบใบหุ้นนั้น จะเรียกค่าธรรมเนียมก็ได้ สุดแต่กรรมการจะกำหนด แต่มิให้เกินห้าสิบสตางค์
