มาตรา 1188
- หนังสือตั้งผู้รับฉันทะนั้น ให้ลงวันและลงลายมือชื่อผู้ถือหุ้น และให้มีรายการดังต่อไปนี้ คือ
- (๑) จำนวนหุ้นซึ่งผู้มอบฉันทะนั้นถืออยู่
- (๒) ชื่อผู้รับฉันทะ
