- ท่านให้มอบสมุด บาญชี และเอกสารทั้งหลายของห้างหุ้นส่วนฤๅบริษัทซึ่งได้ชำระบาญชีนั้นไว้แก่นายทะเบียนภายในเวลาเดียวกันไปจดทะเบียน และให้นายทะเบียนรักษาสมุด บาญชี และเอกสารเหล่านั้นไว้สิบปี นับแต่วันชำระบาญชีเสร็จ

- [I] The books, accounts and documents of the liquidated partnership or company shall be deposited at the same time with the Registrar who shall keep them during ten years after the end of the liquidation.
