- ท่านห้ามมิให้ฟ้อง
- (๑) ห้างหุ้นส่านฤๅบริษัท
- (๒) ผู้เปนหุ้นส่วนฤๅผู้ถือหุ้นคนใดคนหนึ่งในฐานะเช่นนั้น
- (๓) ผู้ชำระบาญชีคนใดคนหนึ่งในฐานะเช่นนั้น
- เมื่อพ้นเวลาสองปีนับแต่วันที่ได้จดทะเบียนการชำระบาญชีเสร็จ
