- เมื่อใดได้จดทะเบียนสมาคมแล้ว แต่นั้นสมาคมก็ชื่อว่าได้ตั้งขึ้นเปนบุคคลนิติสมมดหนึ่งต่างหากจากบุคคลทั้งหลายที่รวมเข้าอยู่ในนั้น
