มาตรา 467
- ในข้อรับผิดเพื่อการที่ทรัพย์ขาดตกบกพร่องฤๅล้ำจำนวนนั้น ท่านห้ามมิให้ฟ้องคดีเมื่อพ้นกำหนดปีหนึ่งนับแต่เวลาส่งมอบ
